With offices in Alexandria, Cairo, and all major port cities in Egypt, MESCO has built a reputation for providing high-quality services through its hand-picked agents worldwide.Role DescriptionConducts recording of treasury data, Receive and pay out checks, Keep records of incoming cash flow, execution of the short and long term investment planDuties & Responsibilities·       Monitors and analyzes the daily received treasury data and daily bank statements to provide management with high quality steering information on cash flow ·       Issue the company checks and sign it from the concerned Manager to arrange for the payments processes as per the confirmed operational and general payment plan and conducts recording of the issued checks·       Record the Received checks from the other branches or form the treasury team to arrange for the bank deposit process in coordination with the bank representative·       Plan, supervise, and review work of assigned subordinates to ensure that the processing of the of bank deposit transactions were done properly in accordance to the received instructions ·       Execute the bank transfer transactions as per the received agent statement from the concerned department and send the swift number to the accounting manager to confirm the operation success in coordination with our agent ·       Ensure and verify the success of the incoming bank transfer operation as per the received swift number for the accounting dep ·       Check the daily bank statements balance through the internet banking service to ensure its conformity as per the processed transaction and reconcile any discrepancies.Execute the funding decisions “the issuance of the letter of guarantee, deposits ……. Etc. to support the business activities  Job Requirement:·       Bachelor's degree of commerce major accounting ·       2-5 years of experience in the same field preferred in the same industry ·       Great command of MS Office and Internet Surfing ·     Good Command of English Language
