Description
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.Analyze market dynamics and customer needs to make informed recommendations for business development strategies.Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.Analyze market dynamics and customer needs to make informed recommendations for business development strategies.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key opinion leaders in the dental industry.Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with the company's offerings.Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.Collaborate with global teams to leverage best practices and align business development efforts with the company's global vision.Provide support to the sales team by offering insights, preparing proposals, and participating in customer presentations as needed.Assist in the development of sales tools and collateral to enhance the sales process.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the success of business development initiatives.Regularly update management on market trends, competitor activities, and potential risks and opportunities.


Profile
Bachelor's degree in Dentistry.Proven experience in B2B sales in the dental equipment/ consumables/ instruments industry.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Familiarity with the dental implant market and industry trends is a plus.Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
