Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on full-time/onsite mode for a 1-year contract.Position Objectives:Senior UI/UX Designer with hands-on expertise in Improvising and designing professional Customer/User Experience for enterprise products and applications.Job Description & Responsibilities: User Research: Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and preferences, and translate findings into design decisions.Design Leadership: Lead and inspire the design team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers.User Interface Design: Create visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces for digital products, ensuring a consistent and cohesive user experience.User Experience Design: Design and optimize end-to-end user experiences, considering usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes to illustrate and test design concepts, gathering feedback for iterative improvements.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment between design and business goals.Wireframing and Mockups: Produce detailed wireframes, mockups, and design specifications for development teams.Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate and refine design solutions.Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency across products.Stay Updated: Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies, incorporating best practices into design processes.Qualification & Experience:Bachelor's or master's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.Min 8-10 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to lead and mentor design teams.Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.User-Centric Approach: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.Prototyping Skills: Experience with prototyping tools for creating interactive design prototypes.Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and innovative approach to design challenges.Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and deadlines.
