Bring your unique energy to our team of more than 20,000 people worldwide, and discover a rewarding, fulfilling, and varied career that you can take in anywhere you want to go.Job PurposeProvides expertise to technical teams on new and reworked TechnipFMC products (equipment and tools)Job DescriptionInstalls, tests and repairs new and reworked TechnipFMC products (equipment and tools)Handles customer comments, requests and complaintsProvides sales support ensuring the customer is fully informed of all aspects of the jobCompletes Field Service Orders (FSO) and Field Spare Parts Tickets (FSPT), and accountable for the timely submission of these and other revenue generating documentsAssures all quality issues and documentation (equipment and procedural defects) is communicated and sent back to Service ManagementCompletes field documentation after the completion of each service jobProvides “Project Support” as required, handles project issues as they arise which eliminates downtimePrepares and completes safety related documentation. Pursues safe work practices.Leads others in completing tasks in accordance with procedures and applicable codes and/or standardsMay serve as the on-site supervisor to the field service crew and for reporting back to Service managementAssists as needed with the development of procedural requirements for current and future jobsYou Are Meant For This Job IfHigh school diploma or equivalent technical diplomaMinimum 5 years of experience in field service technician roleAdvanced knowledge of one or more of the following fields: electrical; subsea equipment; hydraulics equipment; mechanical equipment and tools; structural steelAbility to read and understand drawingsAble to perform moderate complex calculations Ability to understand, troubleshoot, explain and teach others about technical tools and instruments required to perform dutiesKnowledge of applicable theories, practices, and accepted internal business processes and proceduresSkillsAdditional SkillsLeadership CompetenciesBeing a global leader in the energy industry requires an inclusive and diverse environment.
