Leveraging advanced technologies to comply with the tactical demands of the future, ADASI aims to be a world leader in building the next generation of autonomous capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Design and Development: Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for UAV components and systems, including assembly, testing, and quality control procedures.Production Planning: Plan and schedule production activities to meet delivery targets while maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs.Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers to ensure the availability of materials, components, and equipment required for manufacturing UAVs.Quality Assurance: Establish quality standards and implement quality control measures to ensure that UAVs meet customer requirements and regulatory standards.Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and lead initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.Tooling and Equipment: Specify and procure tools, fixtures, and equipment necessary for manufacturing UAVs, ensuring they meet production requirements and safety standards.Documentation and Training: Develop manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and training materials for production personnel.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to manufacturing processes, such as supply chain disruptions, equipment failures, and quality issues.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that manufacturing processes and products comply with relevant regulations and standards, such as FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) regulations for UAVs.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with design engineers, supply chain specialists, quality engineers, and production personnel to resolve manufacturing issues and implement design changes.Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the aerospace or UAV industry.
