ResponsibilitiesProvide Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion technical consulting services by acting as subject matter expert to support the team through the entire cloud application services implementation lifecycle for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects MENA RegionResponsible for the design, development, testing and support of technical tasks in Oracle CloudTechnical Tasks include BI Reports, Integrations, Data Migrations, Workflows, Fast Formulas and HCM ExtractsPrepare and deliver technical workshops and engaging with business Stakeholders in requirements gathering and business mappingCarry out unit testing on code and develop test plans to verify logic of new or modified code.Create appropriate documentation such as requirements, detailed analysis, technical documentation or trainingSupporting existing customers technical solutions and resolving any issues/enhancements that may occur.Adherence to documented development standards and implementation of "best practice" development methodsCollaborate with Oracle Support to provide solutions as functional and technical bugs are encountered.Strong technical skills across the Oracle Cloud toolsetAdheres to industry best practice and contributes towards our delivery standards and methodologyDisplays passion for the role and a strong desire to deliver to the best of their abilityDisplays persistence to complete tasks and to ensure solutions are thoroughly testedAccurately estimates the time necessary for the delivery of workDocuments solutions clearly and shares knowledge freely within the client CommunityPresents solutions clearly and provides training on technical topics to target groups and colleaguesQUALIFICATIONS:Consultants with 10+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience with Fusion HCM Technical Consultant. Business process knowledge or functional experience within the one or more key areas: Oracle Fusion HCM CloudCompleted at least 2 full Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) project implementations.Extensive Knowledge on underlying database structure for Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion)Extensively worked on BI reports, Data Migration, Integration and Workflow componentsEssential functional understanding of Oracle HCM and Payroll (Cloud and EBS) from a technical perspective (not a functional consultant)Desirable functional understanding of Oracle EBS and Cloud HCM from a technical perspective (not a functional consultant)Vertical:Technology
