Job DescriptionEssential Job Functions: Lead a team of Delivery Managers to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to service level agreements Foster client relationships at the mid to senior levels and proactively address client concerns or issues Oversee the financial aspects of the Region Delivery, including monitoring budgets and cost control Collaborate with the Senior Director on defining and achieving key performance metrics Adapt Delivery strategies to emerging industry trends and market opportunities Mediate and resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed Regularly report on the status of client Delivery to senior management Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of programs, ensuring their successful delivery and alignment with organizational goals Develop and implement program management strategies that drive business objectives Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program alignment and success Manage program budgets, resources, and deliverables to meet financial and operational targets Identify and mitigate program risks, maintaining a proactive risk management approach Foster collaboration among program managers, fostering a culture of teamwork and knowledge sharing Define and track key performance indicators for programs, using data to drive decision-making Ensure program deliverables meet quality standards, overseeing quality control processesBasic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience Typically, 15+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role Proven experience in program and project management Proficiencies in program planning, execution, and team leadership A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology Proven experience in Delivery and leadership roles Proficiencies in strategic planning, client relationship management, and team leadership Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technologyOther Qualifications An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus Relevant certifications, such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Program Management Professional), or equivalent, are a plusRecruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company.
