OverviewThe Opportunity:As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our organization’s technology strategy and implementation of digital transformation and smart cities. You will report to the Senior Government Technology Advisor closely working with cross-functional teams, analyze future client needs and complex technical requirements, and provide valuable insights to drive innovation and efficiency. With its world-class computer vision, AI and omni-analytics platform as its engine, Presight leverages all-source data to support insight-driven decision making that shapes policy and creates safer, healthier, happier, and more sustainable societies.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Government Technology Solution Design and Evaluation:Research and propose outline technology solutions that align with organizational goals and industry best practices with the remit of the government technology office.Support evaluation and report on software, hardware, and infrastructure options that will be needed to meet Presight Government client’s needs, considering factors such as scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness with the public sector space.Program Management Support:Assist leadership in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables of identified client projects and engagements.Ensure documentation and development programs are tracked and maintained reporting risks and issues.Government Client and Research Preparation:Prepare, gather and optimise research to maximise quality and value per client or use case being supported to maximise time the executive can spend with internal and client’s engagement.Ensure presentation material is technically sound and ready working with internal stakeholders on alliance.Support the production of Government Technology White Papers and Advisories that promote the value and image of Presight domestically and globally.Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans and related risk assessments.QualificationsTo qualify, you must haveBachelor’s degree in computer science AI, Information Technology, or related field.Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities, skilled at breaking down complex technical challenges to devise actionable, innovative solutions.Proficient in leveraging data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) for strategic insights and decision-making.Solid experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum), demonstrating strong organization and time management skills to align projects with strategic goals within designated timelines.Highly developed communication skills, adept at fostering effective collaboration across diverse teams.Exhibits a unique capacity for bridging the gap between technical and non-technical realms, facilitating clear and engaging presentations to a variety of stakeholders, including those without a technical background.Demonstrated skill in problem-solving and decision-making, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration to achieve project success.Certifications for Microsoft Azure, OpenAI, AWS, AI, LLM’s are a plus.What we look for:If you are a performance-driven, inquisitive mind with the agility to adapt to ambiguity, you will fit right in.
