That's how we drive impact - for ourselves, our company, and the users we serve.Join us.AboutInformation System is based on the needs of the company's internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, workplace service, finance, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company.Responsibilities Design major functional modules or new products independently from 0 to 1; Utilize user research, usability testing, and other methods to effectively discover product opportunities and issues. Drive product design iterations and upgrades continuously; Proficient in design software and tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and AI. Efficiently produce wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes at different project stages to facilitate project collaboration; Familiar with design specifications for platforms such as Web, iOS, Android, and mini-programs to ensure cross-platform design solutions with a good user experience; Solve complex design problems in enterprise-level systems; Extract system design specifications and patterns through design practice, and summarize design methods and experiences that can be universally applicable and reusable for the team; Gain in-depth understanding and knowledge of the related industry. Maintain effective communication and collaboration with products, operations, development, and other stakeholders.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in design-related fields (such as interaction, visual, product, industrial), computer science, or related fields, minimum of three years of relevant experience in internet design work; Strong logical thinking and ability to think in models, to identify underlying problems rather than surface-level issues; Strong learning ability, able to learn and understand new fields and knowledge quickly; Self-driven, continuously pursuing higher design standards and quality; Excellent communication skills and possess a spirit of teamwork, able to understand and consider problems from different perspectives; Maintain enthusiasm for design and possess a passion for life.Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, or related fields; Experience in designing enterprise-level B2B products; Experience working in large-scale design systems, participating in design system building, design specification refinement, and similar tasks; Capable of guiding and assisting other designers in their work.ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
