Be a part of our family!Job PurposeIn striving for successful and sustainable growth with our customers in The Middle East region, McCain Middle East is providing an opportunity to join the supply chain team as “Customer Supply Chain Lead “.You'll drive all operational improvements activities with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver the required customers and markets’ needs, in line with the Customer Obsession leadership principles to ensure a sustainable operational value creation with top key customers. That will go in parallel with focusing on shared KPIs to maintain operational efficiencies at all levels.It is important to include balance between the aforementioned scope and focusing on all operational deliverable tasks for “Order to Cash “cycle starting from order processing to product delivery for top key customers using internal and external systems, in addition to attending and responding adequately to customer needs and complaints to maintain the required speed to market attitude.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Centricity responsibilityImprove top customers’ operational experience – interface, services and support, order fulfillment, transparent communication, and feedback & continuous improvements - throughout seamless multiple supply chain touch points during pre-order, order and after product delivery phases.Operational customer relationship management by cultivating strong relationship initiatives, agreements, and communication to increase efficiency and effectiveness with internal and external stakeholders.Personalize, customize, and govern top customers’ experience by identifying customers preferences and requirements by building up and continuous reviews of effective SLAs.Measure and analyze customers’ operational matrix performance throughout identifying and agreeing with top customers on aligned and shared best practice scorecard measures.Continuous operational improvements by working closely with top customers to identify operational possible gaps, generate common and viable action plans to increase operational efficiencies throughout the chain.Be the “Customer Voice” in any internal activities and meetings related to top customers topics (NPDs, relaunches, logistics needs, regulatory requests …etc)Operational responsibilityResponsible for “Order to Cash” operational & system related activities and deliverables – from receiving customer orders to product delivery – to meet market and customer needs to avoid any stockouts in markets or overstocking.Key communicators with sourcing units, shipping forwarders and documents 3pls to close full delivery cycle for top customersAttend and respond to customer queries and complaints.About YouBachelor’s Degree in the field of Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or other related fields3+ years of work experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry or equivalent industry experienceExperience in foods sector market dynamics,Customer facing experience with clear customer-oriented mindset.Knowledge of Supply Chain, international logistics and S&OP processAffinity with different supply chain operating models / systems / technologies,Strong knowledge of MS office, especially Excel and PPT while “PBI” is highly recommended.Project management experience is a plus. Self-independent, self-motivator, viable ideas initiator and cost cautiousness Customers & Stakeholders-oriented:Priority management “balancing and navigating between different interests of multiple stakeholders”. Strong communication skills: accurate, convincing, persuasive and interpersonal skillsPaying attention to logistics and market dynamics with the ability to extract meaningful insights for customers.
