It isn’t a question.Job Purpose: Provide Consistent Technical Direction and oversight to the CMO team and sites within the MEA region to ensure process and product reliability enabling MEA Haleon SC to continuously improve innovation and Performance. Acts as a BU single point of contact who is accountable for technical activities related to CMO sourcing strategy, and major projects within the region.Key Responsabilities:Enable MEA BU – SC to meet the business targets by owning development and application consistent technical operating practice across the MEA network.Coach, mentor and mentor tech staff in the region.Lead the team of CMO product owners that support internal and external sites, partnering with category SC, and R&D in the execution of new product transfers and launches supply continuity, continuous improvement value Engg and OEE and implementation of quality and compliance projectsSupport due diligence for business development and network strategy activities in the MEA networkExchange best practice across regions and continuously improve effectiveness of technical toolkit application and associated capacity buildActively participate as a member of the Haleon technical leadership team for the development and execution of short and long term strategy within the regionWhy you?Qualifications & SkillsBachelor of science or equivalent8 - 12 years in leading technical teams in a OTC or pharma industryExperience in managing Internal and Contract manufacturers (preferably MEA region)Direct Technical experience in handling New Product innovations, Major Tech transfers, Product robustness issues, Source change projects etcProject Management skills preferred.Supply chain understanding, processes and ways of working.Highly developed relationship and influencing skills to build rapport and confidence at senior levels in the organization.Degree level analytical and problem solving and planning skills.Why Join Us?The future of everyday health is changing.
