Build out our performance marketing function to supercharge our growth with a creative marketing strategy.As Head of Performance Marketing, you will build a creative campaigns strategy to generate new relevant leads globally. This role requires a close collaboration with the sales team and the ability to build a team of high-performing marketers over time.Although ideally, based out of our Dubai office, the role can also be based out of our other offices: Istanbul, Riad, Singapore, or remotely.Responsibilities:Build an integrated campaign strategy across the complete customer journey from awareness, consideration up to successful conversion to drive qualified leadsCollaborate with sales leadership on campaign strategy, lead management and marketing/sales feedback loopsDrive creation of content & programs that are highly relevant to local markets in particular videoOptimize paid media and website conversion programs and marketing operations to instrument the customer journeyLead, manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing teamRequirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field6+ years of professional experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing or Regional Marketing ideally at high growth technology B2B companiesExperience in building integrated multi touch campaigns including instrumentation and measurements across the funnelSuccessful track record of partnering with sales teams & sales leadership to jointly deliver strong resultsExperience with core marketing automation and lead management toolsProficiency in analyzing marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies.Exceptional organizational skills, balancing structure, and creativityStrong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on developing high-performing teamsCherry Ventures is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
