Job Description

Job Title: Branch Manager – Furniture Showroom

Work location
Location 1 : city stars mall - Nasr city 
Location 2 : concord plaza mall - New Cairo

Position Overview:
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at the furniture showroom, managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the store meets or exceeds sales goals. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a strong background in retail management, preferably in the furniture or home goods sector, and possesses excellent communication and customer service skills.
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to deal directly with customers during the sakes process and meet the customer`s needs. 
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a seamless shopping experience.
• Follow up on the sales, operation and factory sector departments to ensure that customer orders are delivered on time.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom, including sales floor management.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Train and mentor team members to improve product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly.
• Maintain branch cleanliness, order, and presentation in line with company standards.
• Collaborate with upper management to develop marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
 
 

Job Requirements


• Proven 5 to 8 years of experience, minimum 5 years as a Branch Manager, Store Manager, or similar role in the furniture or retail industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and retail management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

High leadership skills
The ability to be competitive while maintaining the client’s best interests
Strong customer service and negotiation expertise
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
