- Handling day-to-day operational activities.
- Liaising with clients regarding transaction settlements, as and when required.
- Manage the critical Cases / Escalations working as necessary with customers, colleagues, and Escalation Management.
- Monitoring call center reports.
- Develop required analytical reports according to the business need.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
- Good command of English language.
