What You'll Do: 

• Lead the implementation of Lean Six Sigma initiatives to drive process optimization, improve efficiency, and reduce waste in manufacturing operations. 
• Ensure adherence to quality standards by managing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and supporting continuous improvement processes. 
• Oversee the introduction of new products (NPI) into production, ensuring process readiness, equipment setup, and operator training. 
• Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for effective and efficient production workflows. 
• Apply 5S principles to improve workplace organization, safety, and productivity across production lines. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, quality assurance, and R&D, to solve production issues and optimize performance. 
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement, ensuring high standards of product quality.
