Job Description
- Process initial sponsor requests / dual requests and create delivery receipts
- Enter and confirm National Identity Card (CIN) and bank account (RIB) details
- Enter registration and purchase requests into the spreadsheet
- Create tickets on the Helpdesk system
- Create delivery receipts for samples / mispacked items related to the agency
- Send non-disabled debt notification invoices to the delivery tracking department
- Handle complaints via the Helpdesk system
- Verify National Identity Cards (CIN) and bank account (RIB) details
- Reconcile daily system transactions with actual product dispatches
- Handle consultants’ complaints (may involve mispackaging)
- Handle complaints related to parcel shipping and delivery status
