Job Title: VA Manager - Real Estate Wholesale Business

Compensation: Base Pay + 3% of Leads brought by you + 1% Commission of leads brought by your team members on Closed Deals capping salary at 1000 usd a month
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced VA Manager to lead and manage a dynamic team of Virtual Assistants (VAs) in our real estate wholesale business. The VA Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and overseeing VAs to ensure maximum productivity and lead generation. This role includes performance-based incentives with 3% of all leads brought to the business and 1% commission on closed deals initiated by the VAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Hiring: Source, interview, and hire qualified VAs to build a high-performing team.
- Training and Development: Provide onboarding and continuous training to VAs, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and tools for lead generation and deal acquisition.
- Performance Management: Monitor VA performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies to boost productivity.
- Lead Generation Oversight: Ensure VAs are consistently generating high-quality leads. Review leads and refine outreach processes to improve conversion rates.
- Deal Facilitation: Support VAs in nurturing leads and closing deals. Collaborate with the business to ensure smooth transitions from lead generation to deal closure.
- Tracking and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of leads and deals. Provide regular performance reports and insights to the business owner.
- Commission Management: Track and ensure accurate commission calculations for the VA team, reflecting their contributions to lead generation and deals.
- Compensation Structure:
- Base Pay: Competitive base salary (to be discussed).
- Lead Commission: 3% of all qualified leads generated by the VA team.
- Deal Commission: 1% commission on all deals that VAs successfully bring to closure.
