Job Description

  • Source, identify, and engage qualified real estate professionals through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for real estate roles, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand specific role requirements and organizational culture.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability based on experience, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future real estate hiring needs.
  • Utilize recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data and workflow efficiently.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay informed about real estate industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market dynamics.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
  • Represent Stufflink professionally in all interactions, upholding the company’s reputation for excellence and integrity.

Job Requirements

  • 2-5 years of proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on the real estate sector preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of real estate job functions, industry terminology, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective candidate and client engagement.
  • Proficiency in using online recruitment platforms, social media, and applicant tracking. 
  • Ability to work independently as a freelancer while collaborating with internal teams and clients.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical judgment.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.
