Job Description
- Create visual text and imagery concepts, by hand or using computer software.
- Social Media Content: Design engaging posts, stories, and reels that drive audience interaction and brand awareness.
- Design: Craft visually stunning graphics for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), our company website, and other marketing assets.
- Create high-quality motion graphics including social media content, advertisements, website elements, and promotional videos.
- Communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers.
- Develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.
- Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
- Identify target markets and demographics for designs.
- Write a worksheet that includes specifications like color schemes, construction, material types, and accessory requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visually stunning motion design projects that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in any related discipline.
- Proven experience working with a marketing agency, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion design work.
- Expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant motion graphics software.
- 3d max.
- Knowledge of current trends in motion design and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication skills
