Job Description
- Conceptualize and design graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, marketing materials, presentations, and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to deliver designs that are aligned with the brand’s vision and goals.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
- Create compelling visual content for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Design and update brochures, banners, newsletters, packaging, and other promotional materials.
- Work closely with developers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to produce cohesive and engaging designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Provide creative input and feedback during brainstorming sessions.
Job Requirements
- 3-10 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma or Sketch.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including branding, digital, and print materials.
- Solid understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Experience with creating designs for social media, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or animation tools such as After Effects (a plus but not required).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles is a plus.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in photography, videography, or motion design.
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS) or working with web development teams.
- Experience working with branding for startups or technology-driven companies.
