Job Description
- Generate monthly reports such as nonstarter analysis & portfolio analysis for BRM.
- Ensures proper capacity planning.
- Ensure proper process & quality for issuing customer clearances & collecting its fees.
- Calculate monthly commission for both in-house team & outsource agencies.
- Review bills for external collection agencies.
- Investigate in fraud cases appeared from collection side.
- Generate monthly performance evaluation results.
- Ensures unit expenses are in line with set budget.
- Generate monthly performance evaluation results (Incentive model).
- Acting as Compliance representative with FRA.
- Acting as anti-money laundering and terrorist financing representative with FRA.
