Job Summary
As a Course Consultant at 51Talk, you will play a vital role in driving revenue by engaging potential and existing customers through outbound calls. You’ll be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and converting leads into successful enrollments. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to promote and sell our online English education products and services to both new and existing customers.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions to drive sales conversions.
- Respond to customer inquiries clearly and professionally, ensuring a positive and helpful experience.
- Follow up on marketing leads, build strong customer relationships, and maintain detailed records using our CRM system.
- Handle objections confidently and provide accurate product information to support the sales process.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in telesales, call center, or the education industry.
- Proficient in spoken and written English (minimum B1 level or above).
