Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
-Conduct inspections of home textile products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements.
-Perform factory audits, with familiarity in North American clients’ (such as Target, Walmart, Costco，etc.) factory audit standards and compliance requirements.
-Carry out product quality checks according to customer requirements, record and analyze inspection results, and issue inspection reports.
-Assist the production team in improving their quality management systems, enhancing product compliance, and standardizing production processes.
-Provide support during factory audits and inspections, maintaining effective communication with both factories and clients.
-Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory developments to ensure compliance with export market requirements.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
-Experience: Experience in inspecting home textile products, as well as factory audits. Familiarity with quality and compliance requirements for the North American market. However, we will also consider of recruiting the fresh graduates who are proficient in Chinese/English/Arabic and willing to learn hometextile and factory management.
-Language Skills: Proficiency in English or have good communication skills in English and local language
-Technical Skills: Proficient in inspection processes, quality inspection standards, and factory audit standards (such as C-TPAT, WRAP, BSCI, FSC, STEP, Sedex, etc.).
-Professional Qualities: Detail-oriented, responsible, strong team player with the ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
-Skillful in office software
-Base in Alexandria, Egypt
