Job Description
- Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives.
- Positively engaging with Clients and developing, growing and maintaining Clients' relationships.
- Delivering high quality services and ensuring that cost management deliverables meet Clients’ requirements.
- Managing specific tasks on projects and deliver high quality services and deliverables in accordance with the business procedures.
- Supervises the preparation of monthly cost lists to be included in the company's financial statements on a regular basis and submits a monthly report to the senior management on performance, productivity and actual operating hours of production departments for the purpose of evaluating performance and correcting deviations, if any.
- Supervises the calculation of cost requests or delivery authorizations for production departments and prepares reports on the cost of each product in order to make comparisons and take decisions.
- Prepares comparison studies between the prices of products in those departments for different periods and makes proposals to reduce the cost of the products of those departments and reach the lowest cost and highest quality. The direct manager and subordinates participate in setting standard rates for the use of raw materials and production rates for the products of those departments whenever necessary in preparation for clarifying cost deviations to managers Those workshops and access to the most appropriate cost.
- Supervises the preparation of standard measurements for the products of those production divisions in preparation for presenting them to the commercial sector to set appropriate selling prices according to cost and profit margin.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any an equivalent discipline.
- CMA or equivalent post-graduate qualification from a business school.
- 8-12 years relevant experience, 5 of them in managerial positions.
- Excellent strategic thinking, business development skills.
- Technology oriented mindset with hands on management via ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
- Fluent command of English language.
