Job Description
- Report and maintenance equipment either at workshop or in the field.
- Maintain and submit reports on performance activities for his team.
- Cascade instructions to the team and follow up to ensure the completion of tasks according to working procedure.
- Lead by example and supervise team in performing repair, services, and maintenance tasks on earth moving machines.
- Ensure the timely completion of work orders and adherence to maintenance schedules.
- Monitor and support the Quality of work performed to meet established targeted day.
- Optimizing maintenance process improves efficiency and productivity.
- Increase sales volume by afford service solutions and generate incremental business.
- Train team members while attending the job (on job training)
- Act as an ambassador for the Company, providing a high standard of customer care and being polite at all times.
- Perform all job duties in a safe manner using the proper PPE and be a proactive safety role model with co-workers.
- Correct and report unsafe behaviors or equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure cleanliness within the work environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in engineering mechanical department
- 2-5 years of experience
- Excellent in communication skills
- Repair and maintain heavy earth moving machines,
- Experience available in diagnosing, repairing and troubleshooting machine systems ,hydraulic, engine, transmission, final drive ,etc.
- Familiar in working with electronic diagnostic tools and parts catalogs.
- Basic electrical fundamental knowledge.
- Technical reporting capability.
