Job Description
- Work closely with the visiting Dr. to determine the operational needs of the visiting program.
- Plan the visiting appointments and coordinate with the concerned Area Manager (OPD/ Inpatient) for the date, time, expected patient rates, and the duration / Frequency of the Dr. visit.
- Plan the schedules and leaves of visiting Drs. in coordination with the CMO Office, Area Manager, and HR Department.
- Welcome and greet patients, and clients and demonstrate advanced customer focus, and therapeutic communication competencies.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication cycle between patient and treatment physician.
- Orient the newly admitted patients on their rights and responsibilities as patients of SGHC and document it in the patient’s file.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. of Medicine, Pharmacy, Science.
- Presentable.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent Communicator.
- Medical experience will be an advantage.
- Females Only
- Full time 6 days per week.
- Minimum 1 Year experience in the same position in a large reputable organization.
