- Taager is hiring an Operation Account Manager to join our growing team.
- Following Up on all the cycle of the Operation with Different teams like"Confirmation Call-
- Warehouse -Commercial'' etc. to Make sure that the orders is Handled properly.
- Daily reporting and monitoring of all things operations related across the multiple systems and processes.
- Review marketplace platforms daily to ensure all order communication is properly synced.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to identify and address operational issues communicated by our Merchants.
- Job Requirements:
Proven experience 1:3 years in the same role.
- Experience in E-commerce
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

- Understanding of website development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing, and internet technology.
