Providing Electrical and MEP engineering design review, coordination and construction technical support for all company projects.
Updating drawings to fit newly approved modifications for As-Built drawings.
Ensuring work is executed according to contract specifications, approved design drawings, agreed procedures and method statements.
Interacting with client and consultant regarding the status of work.
Completing necessary quality assurance documentation of work under direct control.
Raising inspection requests for work completed.
Liaise with service engineers & technicians, surveyors, architectural technologists and other construction professionals.
Prepare reports, drawings and technical specifications.
Carry out tests on systems and make changes to plans where necessary.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Negotiating with client and consultant for obtaining approvals for the change requests.
Ensuring all templates used with the department conform to the company standard.
Prepare, operate and update document control procedures in line with the company’s document management system.
Produce and maintain document progress reports to the project management director.

Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers.
+5 years of Experience in project management and managing complex projects (Design, Supervision & Execution).
Strong Time management, organizational and multitasking skills.
Understand general knowledge of Project management skills.
Experience in conducting inspections to maintain quality standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Understandable of product/ materials and equipment to be used in various systems.
Awareness of installation methods & correct sequence of work.
Attention to details and Flexibility.
