Job Description
- Coordinates with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Meets with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Submits project deliverables and ensures that they adhere to quality standards.
- Prepares status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
- Establishes effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
- Facilitates change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
- Coordinates the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process.
- Identifies and develops new opportunities with contractors to maintain acceptance of project deliverables.
- Conducts post-project evaluation and identifies successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 10-15 years of MEP experience in a contractor company or a real-estate developer.
- Exposure to electrical networks, HVAC, and FF.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
