Job Description
- Create and follow up the execution progress according to the targets and shop drawings.
- Coordinate between the site warehouse and subcontractors to provide the needed building materials.
- Assure the quality levels before the quality dep. Inspection to be ready for the consultant visit.
- Manage the materials on-site to prevent any damages or losses on building materials.
- Manage the building materials with the storekeepers according to the site needs.
- Evaluate the subcontractor every day (manpower, quality, attitude, timing).
- Responsible for the implementation of the HSE procedures in his area.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Civil Engineering
- Minimum Years of experience: 10 years of experience
Skills:
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Proficient in AutoCAD, and Good knowledge in Revit
- English Language skills: Very Good
- Soft Skills: Attention to detail, Leadership, Management, Communication, and Analytical
