Job Description
Main Duties:
- Setting up the strategic Marketing Plan as well as the Strategic Sales forecasting and following up its progress during the year to achieve the highest results and the maximum profit.
- Maintain and provide strength to the company’s brand position in the assigned regional marketing area.
- Head development and execution process of ethnic and other main focused marketing plans to reach vital customer segments.
- Interact with marketing leads to develop and supervise regional marketing budget.
- Present inputs to Product Marketing to define, maintain and validate apt product alternatives and configurations.
- Develop execution plan and manage field team by implementing the plan.
- Responsible for setting & executing marketing plan starting from strategy, social media, events planning & production
- Recommend strategies to integrate marketing plans.
- Analyze and supervise local competition.
- Evaluate productiveness and marketing initiatives ROI.
Job Requirements
Requirement
- Real Estate experience is a must.
- Experience at least 7 Years.
- Presentation skills.
- Proactive.
- Graphic design/video production skills are a plus.
- Fluency in English.
