- Keep updated with New Projects & Resale.
- Recruiting, training and coaching the team.
- Supports and motivate all sales agents in meetings and monitor their daily activities.
- Collects consistent feedback from sales agents about their workflow, any issues related to leads, operations and developers.

Job Requirements
- Experience : 5 - 10 years in Real Estate Brokerage companies & at least 3 years as sales team Leader
- Bachelor degree
- Experience Must be in #Brokerage Real Estate Companies
