Job Description

Responsibilities:

Become a Master of Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals, messaging, and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Facilitate communication between both teams by scheduling regular meetings, sharing updates, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of sales enablement materials, such as product brochures, presentations, and case studies.

Content Creation Rockstar:

  • Assist with the development of marketing content across various channels, including website copy, email campaigns, and social media posts (depending on experience).
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform content strategy.
  • Manage and maintain marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.

Data & Reporting Wizard:

  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics (e.g., leads generated, website traffic, conversion rates).
  • Generate reports and presentations to communicate campaign effectiveness to both Sales and Marketing leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and best practices.

Event Extraordinaire (Optional):

  • Assist with planning and executing trade shows, webinars, and other marketing events (depending on company needs).
  • Manage logistics, registration, and promotion for assigned events.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 0-2 years of marketing experience (or relevant internship experience).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) a plus.
  • Data analysis skills and experience with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for SaaS and enterprise marketing.
