Job Description
- Responsible for the development and customization of the software.
- Development in NAV
- Documentation
- Follow the code standards
- Follow the company standards
- Reviews, analyzes, and modifies the programming systems including encoding, testing, and debugging to support an organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications.
- Ensures that software can be completely integrated into the ERP system
- Designs new modules to improve system efficiency.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- May lead and direct the work of others.
- Typically reports to a supervisor or manager
Job Requirements
- NAV Development at least 1 year experience
- ERP Knowledge is a must
- Retail Knowledge is a plus
- Dot Net experience is a plus
- Using AL Is an asset
- Familiar with NAV OR willing to Learn working with it
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Object oriented
- Strong knowledge of computer languages, such as C#, and SQL
- Strong background in coding
- Strong knowledge of user interfaces
- Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and Design Patterns
- Customer Oriented, Flexible, Attention to Details and Deadline-Oriented individual
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
