Required German university graduate
- Supporting chairman in all related tasks.
- Coordinate departmental reports and documentation for the chairman meetings and other meetings with outside partners.
- Coordinate, attend, and take minutes for the Chairman’s meetings and any other relevant meetings.
- Conduct research/ analysis as directed by the Chairman.
- Produce reports for the Chairman as and when required.
- Participate in project development phases, plans, process & follow up.
- Managing Communication effectively with the team to identify needs and evaluate & develop alternative business solutions.
- Drafts reports, proposals; prepare & coordinates oral & written communication with vendors, clients & other stakeholders.
- Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role
- Degree in business administration or relative field
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Resident of Heliopolis, Nasr City, New Cairo or surrounding areas.
- Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English is a must
- Can work under pressure and is a multi-task person
