Job Description

Required German university graduate

  • Supporting chairman in all related tasks.
  • Coordinate departmental reports and documentation for the chairman meetings and other meetings with outside partners.
  • Coordinate, attend, and take minutes for the Chairman’s meetings and any other relevant meetings.
  • Conduct research/ analysis as directed by the Chairman.
  • Produce reports for the Chairman as and when required.
  • Participate in project development phases, plans, process & follow up.
  • Managing Communication effectively with the team to identify needs and evaluate & develop alternative business solutions.
  • Drafts reports, proposals; prepare & coordinates oral & written communication with vendors, clients & other stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role
  • Degree in business administration or relative field
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques

Computer Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Resident of Heliopolis, Nasr City, New Cairo or surrounding areas.
  • Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English is a must
  • Can work under pressure and is a multi-task person
  • Attention to Detail
