Job Description
- Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting company events, including meetings, conferences, interviews.
- Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Contracting field.
- An Engineering Bachelor's degree is a must.
- Having professional technical experience in managing, supervising, and forecasting Contracting Projects, Warehouse Dept, Procurement Dept, Payment collection Dept, Maintenance Dept, IT Dept , Safety and Quality Dept and logistics .
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and ERP System.
- Having excellent communication skills.
- Age is 40 max.
- Exceptional leadership and time, task and resource management skills.
- MBA / Six Segma is a competitive advantage.
