Job Description
OB PURPOSE
The learning and Development Senior Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating employees’ learning and development programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, abilities, and competencies of employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES

TASKS
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess training needs and design effective L&D programs.
- Develop and implement effective training curriculums and materials.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Lead the learning logistics part
- Select L&D suppliers and evaluate their performance.
- Keep a record of all L&D activities across the organization
- Submit frequent L&D reports to the management
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop job-specific training programs.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers and supervisors on employee development initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Job Requirements
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and delivering employee training programs.
- Experience with instructional design principles and adult learning.
Requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
