Job Description
- Ensure the effective implementation of company HSE procedures at the project site.
- Report all incidents promptly and support incident investigations to identify root causes and corrective actions.
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas, including company warehouses, to ensure compliance with all HSE regulations and standards
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, examinations, incidents, and other relevant HSE documentation.
- Deliver HSE inductions for all new employees, ensuring they are familiar with site-specific safety practices and procedures.
- Lead daily toolbox talks to reinforce safety awareness and communicate job-specific risks to all employees before work begins.
- Prepare and submit HSE reports in line with Center Point's internal processes and Vodafone’s management requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the HSE Manager to support the ongoing improvement of the HSE Management System
Job Requirements
- Education: University students or Fresh graduates
- Experience: 0–1 year of experience in HSE or a related field; prior exposure to construction environments is a plus.
- Certifications:
- OSHA General Industry or Construction Safety Certification
- First Aid Certification
- Firefighting Training
