Job Description
Offer legal advice and guidance across departments.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Manage litigation and coordinate with external counsel when needed.
Conduct legal research to stay updated on legislative changes.
Advise on intellectual property matters, including trademarks and copyrights.
Support corporate governance, including board meetings and regulatory filings.
Collaborate with teams to provide legal insights on business initiatives.
Develop and deliver legal training for employees.
Address other legal issues as they arise.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in English Law.
7-12 years of legal experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, F&B, or industrial manufacturing sectors, with exposure to international law.
Proficiency in the English language.
Exceptional leadership abilities.
Comprehensive understanding of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
High standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
