The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of Tender Loving Care (TLC). This role includes managing financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Financial Controller will play a critical role in safeguarding the financial health of the organization and supporting strategic decision-making.

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasting future financial performance and providing insights to guide decision-making.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
• Monitor cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
• Manage accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls and systems.
• Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits.
• Provide financial analysis and reports to senior management and the board.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.
