Job Description
Manage End to End payroll process
• Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data, including edit the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, any deductions or compensation.
• Prepare monthly payroll & issue pay slips
• Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions or assignments.
• Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with them.
• Manage & update employee’s files.
• Handle all the medical insurance issues (monthly chronic cases, approvals, complaints, refunds, Emergency Funds….)
• Develop and prepare HR monthly reports.
• Issue bank accounts for new Hired employees.
• Ensuring that all employees’ files and records are complied with the law.
• Issue social insurance form No.1 and form No.6
Job Requirements
• Proven work experience at least 2 years in personnel & payroll
• HR diploma or certificate is preferred
• Knowledge of Personnel and Human Resources principles
• Very good knowledge of labor and social insurance laws.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Excellent excel user.
