Job Description
- Plan, organize, and coordinate domestic and international tours for individual and group clients.
- Liaise with travel agents, hotels, transport providers, and local guides to ensure seamless tour operations.
- Develop detailed itineraries, including sightseeing, accommodation, transportation, and activity arrangements.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing expert advice and customized travel solutions.
- Monitor tour progress and address any issues or changes that arise during the trip.
- Negotiate contracts and rates with suppliers to maximize value and maintain quality standards.
- Ensure all tours comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to improve future tour offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and tour documentation.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote tour packages and special offers.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in tour operations, travel coordination, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client and supplier interactions.
- Proficiency in using travel management software and standard office applications.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours, including weekends or holidays, as required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation and a passion for travel.
- Familiarity with travel regulations, visa requirements, and safety protocols.
