Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Distribute sales targets among sales representatives.
Develop daily and weekly visit plans.
Monitor sales representatives’ performance and target achievement.
Follow up on store and customer visits and ensure effective market coverage.
Accompany team members on field visits and help improve their performance.
Acquire new customers and increase sales volume with existing customers.
Follow up on orders and ensure they are fulfilled on time.
Monitor prices, promotions, and competitors’ activities.
Resolve customer issues and follow up on complaints.
Train new sales representatives.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on team performance.
Follow up on collections in coordination with management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and pricing.
Job Requirements
Years of Experience
5–10 years of experience in sales, preferably with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Qualifications and Requirements
Experience in field sales, preferably in mobile phone accessories or mobile technology.
Experience managing and supervising sales representatives.
Ability to distribute sales targets and monitor their achievement.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to train and develop sales team members.
Good knowledge of the market and competitors.
