- Develop and implement training programs tailored to employee needs and business objectives.
- Conduct training sessions using various instructional techniques such as simulations, role playing, and group discussions.
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary.
- Create and maintain training materials and documentation to enhance learning experiences.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skills gaps and ensure training initiatives align with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate into training methods.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, HR, psychology, business, or a related field.
- Certified Train the Trainer (TTT).
- 1-5 years’ experience in soft skills training delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong facilitation and public speaking skills.
- Ability to engage with diverse age groups and cultures.
- Skilled in interactive training methods (e.g., role play, simulations).
- Very good command of English (spoken and written).
