Job Description
- Maintain abreast of technical knowledge in terms of ingredients, formulations and processes relating to dairy products by keeping updated with scientific literature, competitors’ products and participation in scientific seminars and meetings.
- Responsible for developing, optimizing and improving products formulation.
- Collaborate effectively in cross-functional team (Procurement, Marketing, MRP, Industrial support team etc.) to achieve the target objectives.
- Lead the development of innovation center equipment required for an effective working system.
- Support operation and quality teams in technical troubleshooting.
- Lead innovation center work in order to maintain organized and efficient laboratory working system by applying /updating 5S.
- Lead dairy formulation & applications (Benchtop & Pilot plant trials) to support project activity and determine priorities to achieve target projects timelines.
- Work with ingredient suppliers to support projects and evaluate new materials/ingredients.
- Design and manage stability tests for products.
- Manage the work of one technician & intern.
- Responsible for team technical development.
- Lead Beyti R&D documentation system through creating /updating, Ingredient specification, Product specification & Lab equipment SOP.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture science (Dairy Technology) or equivalent.
- Experience in UHT milk, UHT cream & dairy fermented products
