Job Description
- Review, Study and apply Contractors Contracts terms and conditions.
- Review & approve Contractor’s submittals (Q. S, Invoices, claims).
- Review and settle the IPCs item weight breakdown.
- Prepare periodical estimate at completion exercises for the Client.
- Prepare Q.S & Invoicing parts at periodical reports.
- Review & certify invoices upon coordination with both the Contractor and Client team.
- Review Contractors Variation Orders & VE submittals form Contractual and point of view.
- Advise on a procurement strategy if needed.
- Review and provide Client cost team with technical support regarding contractual claims.
- Value completed work and arranged payments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Consultant Engineering is a MUST.
- 8+ years of experience.
- Proven experience in pre- and post-contract stages across medium to large-scale construction projects.
