Job Description

  • Create and publish job ads in various portals based on the requisition form submitted by heads of departments.
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events and job fairs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.
  • Screen resumes and job applications.
  • Schedule first behavioral face to face interview with candidates by phone and email.
  • Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive).
  • Schedule technical face to face interview with candidates.
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
  • Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database.
  • Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, exit interview analysis and other candidate relationships.
  • Supporting in handling the organization charts, Prepare and update organization structure regularly, keeping on the amendments according to organization restructures and changes.
  • Creating job descriptions & job requirements .
  • Leading on culture-change programs
  • Develop a healthy organizational culture, effective organization communication and enhance organizational performance management system.
  • Updating & implementing HR policies & Procedures.
  • Analyze the workflow within each department.
  • Supporting in Compensation & Benefits projects such as (Salary Grading System - Benefits Scheme - Rewarding System)
  • Designing Reporting & Analysis Systems.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with strong ability to deal with different cultures.
  • Familiar with OD Functions and recruitment process
  • From 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment. 
  • Real Estate / Construction experience is highly preferred.
  • Good Problem solving and excellent communication skills.
  • Very Good English Language
  • Good time management and Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Excellent user of all Microsoft Applications
