Job Description
- Ensure incoming products and materials are receipted and managed appropriately according to the company’s procedures.
- Follow up on imported purchase orders and processes, ensure the system is up to date with stock levels, and note any discrepancies upon receipt of shipments.
- Supervise the recording of inventory transactions to make sure that they accurately and correctly reflect inventory movements and status as per accounting standards.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory counts, analyze results, system-to-physical reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve issues using root-cause analysis.
- Forecasting our Stock supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock
- Produce monthly reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and any discrepancies are addressed and resolved.
- Recommend inventory control policies and procedures to make sure that proper controls are in place to follow-up and record inventory transactions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferably in Accounting or Business Management)
- Good understanding of supply chain procedures
- Experience 3-5 years’ in stock control
- Organized.
- Excellent User of MS Office
