Job Title: Civil Technical Office Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a Civil Technical Office Engineer with experience in quantity surveying and invoice preparation for contractors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating Bills of Quantities (BOQs), measuring works, and processing invoices in line with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review BOQs and quantity surveying for various construction projects.
- Prepare and submit invoices to contractors, ensuring accuracy.
- Monitor project costs and assist with cost control.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure all quantities and costs are accurate.
- Assist with contract evaluation and change orders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and invoice preparation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and relevant software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
