Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at EGYTORC. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing , coordinating sales activities , achieve growth and hit sales targets by visiting clients, building relationships with them, identifying , closing deals and successfully managing team , Ready with adequate knowledge to build a solid team by hiring , headhunting a talented and efficient sales engineers or sales executives.
Moreover developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer satisfaction, creating sales proposals, and meeting sales targets.
Job Requirements
Successful previous proven experience as a sales manager at least 15 years in managing from any fields ( Engineering Field is preferred )
Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
The ability to provide adequate work reports.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM software
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.ss
